Our Story
I'm Henry, and I fell in love with the Smoky Mountains the way most people do — on a family trip that left us counting the days until we could come back. After years of renting cabins across Sevierville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge, I kept running into the same problem: outdated interiors, worn-out amenities, and properties that looked nothing like their listing photos.
So in 2024, I built Whispering Pines Lodge from the ground up — a 2,835 square foot cabin in the Echota resort community designed to be the place I always wished I could book. Every finish is brand new. Every amenity is the real deal. And every guest gets the kind of stay I'd want for my own family.
From the heated indoor pool to the mountain-view hot tub, from the fire pit with a swing to the ping pong table upstairs — I built this cabin so you can create memories without compromises. We are even pet friendly with prior approval. As your host, I'm personally invested in making sure every stay exceeds expectations.
The Property
Whispering Pines Lodge sits at 173 S. Smoky Mountain Way in the Echota resort community of Sevierville, Tennessee. The Echota community is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood tucked into the foothills — close enough to reach Dollywood in about 15 minutes and the Gatlinburg strip in under 25, but far enough away that you actually feel the mountains around you.
The cabin itself spans 2,835 square feet across multiple levels, with 2,100 square feet of living space and a dedicated 700 square foot indoor pool area. The upper floor entertainment area features a ping pong table and a pull-out queen couch — perfect for game nights. Outside, the large fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and a swing is the go-to spot once the sun sets.
